Full day Clubhouse rentals begin at 9:00 a.m. in the morning of the rental and end at 9:00 a.m. the following day. If setup is required on the day before, the prior day must also be booked, that is, book two consecutive days. If takedown is required on the day after, the additional day must also be booked, that is, book three consecutive days.

 

4-hour Clubhouse rentals are intended for small afternoon parties of up to 50 people. Rental begins at 9:00 a.m. in the morning for setup and the party must finish by 6:00 p.m. to accommodate general community evening usage. Reservations can only be made within 3 months prior to the rental. 

 

Boathouse rentals begin at 9:00 a.m in the morning of the rental and end at 10:00 p.m. same day.

  

Any booking cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior to the event for return of payment.
