Awosting is more than just a place to live; It is a way of life! Membership offers something for everyone, and members feel a strong sense of community. Membership is optional, but the advantages are immeasurable.

 

The primary purpose of our Association is to protect the mutual rights and interests of our residents, maintain our common properties and enhance the overall quality of living in Awosting.

 

To meet these goals, our membership elects a 10-member Board of Directors. A large portion of our membership dues are for social events, maintenance and taxes on our common properties. These properties, which may be used by Members only, consist of the following:
